Custom Orders

We specialize in creating unique, personalized items made to your specifications. Please provide all necessary details, including names, dates, colors, sizes, designs, and any special instructions when placing your order. Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted information for accuracy before production begins.

Processing & Production Time

Each order is handmade and requires time to design, create, and quality check. Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the item and order volume. Please allow 3–10 business days for standard orders. Larger or custom projects may require additional time. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Policy

Once your order is completed, it will be carefully packaged and shipped. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, location, weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.

Rush Orders

Need your order sooner? Rush services may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and ensure your requested deadline can be accommodated. Rush fees cover expedited production only and do not include upgraded shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for custom orders. We want you to love your purchase, and we are happy to work with you on eligible exchanges or replacements when applicable.

Defective or Damaged Items

We carefully inspect each item before shipping. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or has a craftsmanship issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order information and photos of the issue. We will review the concern and work with you to provide a replacement or exchange when appropriate.

Design Changes & Cancellations

Changes to custom designs must be requested before production begins. Once an item has entered the production stage, design changes, cancellations, or modifications may not be possible.
