Shipping & Delivery
With custom orders expect an added 7 days to the regular shipping date. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside of our control.
Rush Orders
Need your order sooner? We offer Rush Order services for customers who need their items as quickly as possible! Rush orders are prioritized in our production schedule and may be subject to an additional fee based on the size, complexity, and requested delivery date. Please let us know in the comment section and selecting "Rush Shipping" option when placing your order to confirm we can meet your deadline. While we'll do everything we can to create and ship your order on time, expedited shipping costs (if needed) are separate from the rush fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Because every item is custom made and personalized to your liking, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll gladly work with you to provide an exchange or replacement!
Defective or Damaged Products
We take great pride in the quality of our handmade products and carefully inspect every item before it ships. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue. We'll review your claim and, if the item is determined to be defective due to a manufacturing or craftsmanship issue, we'll gladly provide a replacement or exchange at no additional cost. Please note that normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or errors in customer-provided personalization details are not considered defects.
